Membership Meetings are held throughout the year, and focus on issues of interest to the brokerage and landlord communities. Membership Meetings may feature a noted speaker, panel discussion, or key market roundtables. Social networking time is provided either before or after each program, and attendance is usually free of charge.

LACRA organizes educational seminars at the discretion of the Board, and has held public forums on capital markets, the latest legal aspects of real estate transactions, understanding tenant improvement issues, learning the characteristics of the successful Mega-Deal, dealing with properties in bankruptcy, and showcasing leading mayoral candidates.
